But before you go off click clicking, try this as an exercise (maybe in addition to your daily gratitudes, *nudge) Write down 10 things you are proud of yourself for every day. They can be the tiniest things, like, taking out the garbage, obeying the speed limit, or smiling at a stranger. This type of thing goes a long way to improving self confidence and making yourself proud of yourself, which feels pretty freakin’ awesome.
