So, if you’re my friend on facebook you have probably seen my gratitude postings, where every day I post 3 things I am grateful for. The point of this is to increase the level of happiness I feel, to increase my positivity and optimism and life span…it’s actually proven that optimists live longer.
My suggestion is to do this as well. 3 things a day, no matter how tiny they are, and write them down. What’s interesting is that at first it can be really, really hard, but as time goes on it gets easier AND you actually can notice yourself feeling happier but writing these things down. 🙂 hope it helps 🙂
